We collect information about you to process your donation or order and to apply this information for the creation of an LRC Supporter ID. This information is used to confirm your identity within LRC schemes and events (e.g. competitions, the use of the Discount Directory or the attendance of exclusive events). Should you consent to be on our mailing list, we may also email or write to you about the latest company news and events we think are of interest to you.
The LRC will not share your information for marketing purposes with companies outside the London Repertory Company without your consent.
If you have provided credit card details, these will only be used for the purpose of handling an individual donation, booking or order.
All online donations, orders or monetary transactions are processed using PayPal. Any credit, debit card or bank account information you give is stored on PayPal’s secure site and is not available to the London Repertory Company (other than your shipping address and email used to register with Paypal). Any billing information you provide for PayPal’s secure online payment system is governed by the PayPal Privacy Policy. If they have trouble processing an order, they will use this information to contact you by email.
